Quickstart: Lean Startup

Lean Startup is a methodology for developing business and products through combination of business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, iterative product releases, and validated learning. Although initially deployed through new ventures, nowadays it has been stripped to parts and is most often used partially within teams.

Here is how to start with it today:

  1. Start by watching the "Lean Startup Fundamentals" (60 minutes) to learn key Lean Startup concepts like pivoting, five principles of entrepreneurship, four stages of innovation, and more.
  2. Follow up by reading the "Lean Startup Fundamentals" to really hone in on the principles, since understanding them is key to adapting the method to your specific use case.
  3. Finally, skim this presentation and keep it at hand as quick reference for Lean Startup concepts and resources.

Doing the above ought to leave you with some good questions that you should follow-up on!
